  I'm starting to investigate on this matter, also publicists specially for celebrities.
  
  Being a costume designer myself, I do most of the work in contacting vendors.
  
  I sometimes receive flyers etc in the mail. So I think you have to be tenacious and just send your info to studios, editorials etc...
  When I have more info I'll post....
